Automatic Enrolment to a Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme

The Government has introduced a new law that requires all employers to enrol their workers into a Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme.

Many employees in the UK will have access to a workplace pension scheme for the first time.  Some employees will be automatically enrolled dependent upon age and earnings.  Other employees will have the option of joining their employer’s scheme.
